I have always been a little scared of making things like home made pudding...I usually stick to the boxed stuff. Considering I'm going to be going to culinary school I guess that's pretty sad. But I was finally able to find a great video on YouTube.com Guatemala showed and easy way of making lemon CURD. Now I've made it twice with no problems at all.
